You grant Letters We Never Sent permission to include the letter in its Newsletter.

All submissions to Letters We Never Sent are made of free will, and you don't receive any compensation for such submissions, either in monetary or gift formats.

Once you submit your letter to Letters We Never Sent, you irrevocably transfer the Copyright or other Intellectual Property Rights to Letters We Never Sent of that submission.

Letters We Never Sent has the right to include your submission in a book, pamphlet, or any digital format and sell it for the profit of Letters We Never Sent. You agree that you will not receive any royalties, monetary reimbursement, or other types of reimbursement for such material.

Any letter that is hateful or racist will not be published by Letters We Never Sent.

If a letter submitted has any threats of bodily harm or terrorist activity, the proper authorities will be informed.

Letters We Never Sent will not publish last names (sir names) or any identifying information of one who submits the letter. Additionally, if there is identifying in the letter bout other individuals, this too will be edited out of the letter.

We will only publish under “Anon” or a “First Name.” All this is explained in the submission form.
